Ordered size 8.5 which I have worn for years. Way too small and had to return them for a larger size. This is where the fun begins. Had to send then back to ALTREC, not Amazon. Took them over a month to acknowledge the return. I requested that they send out a size 9.0 when I returned the 8.5. A month later they told me they could not do that. I made the mistake of ordering the 9,0 directly from ALTREC. They screwed up the order and their customer service is terrible. I quess if there is one thing I want to print is to stay away from ALTREC.
